Plant Game Prototypes
Chill plant building prototype.
Notes on current version:
- Tutorial may or may not work and has some out of date info:
- The reward score/deals left in the HUD does not apply to the tutorial.
- The last step of the tutorial explaining that the game ends when you have no more branches does not apply to the current main game mode
- Build should run in Chrome and camera zoom should be fixed. Full screen recommended.
- You can also go into info > options and disable the camera auto control (in which case, use keys 1+2 to zoom and right click and drag to pan)
- You can use the mouse wheel to rotate tiles while placing
- A tile can't be placed if it collides with other vines
- You now have to keep scoring to reach the next reward and get more tiles added to your stack
- Info popup includes scoring info
- There are bugs! Here is a selection for your enjoyment:
- If a popup comes up while you are dragging a tile, you will continue to be dragging the tile in the background
- The dimming/un-dimming of objects connected to the branch you're currently placing a tile on doesn't always work
- HUD in the tutorial is incorrect/shouldn't be there
- You might be able to place a tile going through a vine, if that vine and the node you're connecting the tile to use the same line renderer
